Mark Levinson
is President of VoxMedia Consulting. He has many
years software and telecommunications industry experience,
including stints at AT&T Bell Laboratories and GTE
(now Verizon), where he did research, software
development, system design, and project management.
During five years in director-level positions at
SpeechWorks International (now Nuance Communications), he
managed and contributed to many ground-breaking projects
covering almost every aspect of speech-enabled voice
response technology. He founded VoxMedia in
2002. He holds S.B. and Sc.D. degrees from MIT, and
an MBA from Boston University. |
